I’ve got a pretty built 1998 jeep wrangler on 37’s. I’m doing a lot more driving now compared to when I bought it 10 years ago and my family is growing so I need to sell it to buy a better family car. Will also trade for a reliable Honda or Toyota car or suv.
I’ll start with the bad. Check engine light comes on and goes off every once in awhile. I believe it is because of the hole in the exhaust manifold. The airbag light is on. The horn doesn’t work. Probably just a broken clock spring. It needs an ac compressor for the ac to work. And it needs a top. Front pinion seal is also leaking. The driver side hand crank for the window is destroyed because I got annoyed and used pliers to roll down the window. I believe that is everything that is wrong with it.
Now for the fun part of trying to remember everything that I’ve done in the last 10 years to it.
It does have a 6” rough country long arm lift kit with bilstein shocks. A pretty good stereo. 2 10” subs in a custom box in the “trunk” I did ball joints on it 2 years ago I believe as well as wheel bearings. I just did a fresh oil change. It’s got a ford 8.8 rear end with disc brakes and an artec truss. Dana 30 up front. Posi in the rear with a front lunch box locker. It’s got all the recovery gear you can think of as well. It does have a pretty fresh motor in it. Only about 60-70k miles on it. Clutch was replaced at the same time and still feels great. I know I’m missing stuff but that’s everything I can think of right now besides the obvious stuff in the pictures.
I hate to see this thing go. But my priorities have changed. And I don’t wheel it anymore. So there’s no reason for me to keep it.
It’s not letting me add my phone number so I’ll put it here. Text only. Will not answer calls. (801)-903-9284
