2000 Dodge Ram 2500 – 5.9L Inline‑6 Cummins (24 Valve)

Selling my 2nd Gen Dodge Ram. I’ve loved this truck, and I’ll have a tough time watching it drive off. It runs great and has been an awesome truck. It has the highly sought after 24 valve 5.9L inline 6 Cummins Turbo Diesel. Great shape, no blow by.

The truck has a lot of upgrades:

• EDGE Attitude CTS2 programmer/monitor

• Fass Fuel System

• Amp with 11” JL Audio sub with dash mounted control knob

• High performance shielded alternator

• Custom exhaust with muffler (emissions‑legal, when emissions were checked)

• 17” black Moto Metal wheels

• 33 inch KO2 Baja All‑Terrain tires

• Iron Cross front bumper

• Fender flares

• Black bed rail caps

• Aftermarket head lights and tail lights

• Front light bar wired into the cab

• Toolbox

• Tinted windows

• Fold‑down gooseneck hitch

Mechanical Work:

• Newly replaced FASS lift pump and wiring harness

• Full synthetic oil changes and FASS fuel filter changes on schedule

• New water pump

• New power steering pump

• Transmission rebuild (previous owner)

• Rear axle rebuilt

• Crank shaft position sensor replaced

• Thermostat replaced

• New battery terminals

The quirks:

• It will need new tires soon.
• Heater works but AC does not.
• The paint on the top of the toolbox is peeling a little bit.
• The rear extended cab door on the drivers side doesn’t open, probably a simple fix, I’ve just never needed it to open. The passenger side opens fine.
• There isn’t a spare tire changing kit under the rear back seat

I’ll throw in an extra working fass fuel lift pump, and a new pair of fass fuel filters.

It’s been a really fun truck and it runs great. I don’t necessarily need to sell, but I’m trying to simplify.
