1998 Dodge Ram 1500 - Mechanically Excellent, Ugly but Reliable - $3000

Selling my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500. I bought it in 2023 to use as a shop truck for my business and put a ton of money into making it dependable. Over the last couple of years, I've gone through the truck and replaced or serviced just about everything needed to make it reliable, including:

• Complete brake system

• Front-end components

• Suspension parts

• Leaky hoses and gaskets

• New tires

• All fluids changed and serviced

My son ended up using it as his first vehicle when he turned 16, and now that he's 18 he bought himself a newer car. Since then, the truck has just been sitting and hasn't moved in over a month. We also bought another shop truck while he was driving this one, so this one is simply taking up space.

The good:

• Runs and drives great

• No leaks

• Ice-cold A/C

• Everything works as it should

• Mechanically a 10/10

• Reliable and ready to go anywhere

• Receipts for all work performed

The bad:

• It's ugly. The paint and body aren't winning any beauty contests.

This isn't a show truck, but if you're looking for a dependable pickup that has already had a lot of money invested into it, this is it. I'd trust it to drive anywhere. Clean title in hand.
