đźš« Scammers, Please Move Along
If you’re a scammer, a “my mover will pick it up” person, a “I’ll send you a code” person, or someone who wants to pay me extra for no reason… this truck is not for you.
I don’t have time for nonsense. Real buyers only.
2014 Ford F‑150 – Well‑Maintained, Upgraded, Reliable, and Ready to Work (or Play)
Only selling because my wife and I just welcomed our 5th child… and apparently Ford didn’t design this truck with a basketball team in mind. Otherwise, I’d keep it forever.
Why This Truck Is Worth Every Penny
This F‑150 has been babied, pampered, and treated better than I treat myself. I’ve put a ton of money into preventative maintenance and major repairs so the next owner gets a rock‑solid, reliable truck with all the expensive stuff already done.
This truck has hauled boats, lumber, Costco hauls, and the occasional “I’ll take that to the dump for you” favor- and it’s done it all without complaining. Honestly, it’s been more dependable than my Wi‑Fi.
Major Recent Work
New Ford transmission installed by Ford (only 15K miles on it)
This year had a known recall where it could shift into 1st at freeway speeds.
It happened once, Ford replaced the entire transmission, and the recall is now fully resolved.
Rebuilt differential
New spark plugs & wires
Engine tune‑up
Radiator cleaned & flushed
All fluids replaced
Full synthetic high‑mileage oil every 4K miles
This truck has had more preventative care than most people give themselves.
Upgrades
Professional leveling kit installed at Les Schwab
Top‑tier all‑terrain tires- aggressive look, quiet ride
Aftermarket backup camera (makes trailer hookups a breeze)
Long bed- fits everything, still garage‑friendly
Towing
This truck has pulled our MasterCraft boat to Bear Lake and back many times without breaking a sweat. The EcoBoost engine is a beast when maintained properly and this one has been.
If you need a truck that can tow, haul, and still look good doing it, this is your guy. It’s basically the truck version of a dad who grills in cargo shorts but can still run a 5K.
Honesty Section (Because I’m Not Here to Waste Anyone’s Time)
It has an exhaust manifold leak, most noticeable at cold start.
A trusted mechanic inspected it and quoted $1,300-$1,500 for the repair.
I’ve priced the truck accordingly and dropped the listing price to reflect this.
If I were keeping the truck, I would’ve already fixed it, but with 5 kids now, I’m forced into a bigger vehicle.
Seating Options (Because Not Everyone Has a Million Kids Like Me)
Right now, the truck is set up with 6 seats, because with 5 kids, every square inch of seating matters. But if you don’t have a small army of children, or you simply prefer the classic truck setup, I’ve got you covered.
I still have the original center console, and it can be swapped back in in about 45 minutes. It turns the front row into a spacious, comfortable setup with tons of storage.
So whether you need room for:
A full basketball team,
A carpool of teenagers,
Or just you and your emotional support passenger seat…
This truck can be configured however you want.
Why You’ll Love This Truck
It’s clean
It’s reliable
It’s been maintained obsessively
It has a new transmission
It looks fantastic
It drives even better
It’s ready to work, haul, tow, or just make you look cooler in the Home Depot parking lot
And unlike many trucks on KSL… this one has had all the expensive stuff done already
