pros:

Incredibly user-friendly, reliable, and ideal for a first-time driver.

The interior is clean, comfortable, and in great shape overall—just shows normal wear for its age but no major rips or tears.

No scary check engine or major warning lights on the dash. (Only the standard "bulb

out" indicator is on, see cons).

Currently registered.

Clean title in hand.

cons:

One headlight bulb needs a quick replacement (which is causing the "bulb out" dash indicator).

Currently being driven occasionally, so the miles may go up slightly until sold.

The windshield does have a crack in it.

The exterior isn't in perfect cosmetic shape, but it just has the usual wear and tear you'd expect for its age.
