This 2005 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4 is powered by a 6.0L Power Stroke turbodiesel and is accompanied

by an extensive file of service records documenting approximately $55,000 in maintenance, repairs, and

upgrades over the last decade.

The current owner acquired the truck in early 2022 at approximately 181,000 miles and has invested

roughly $22,000 in additional improvements and maintenance. Shortly after acquisition, the suspension

was upgraded with a Full-Traction front 4-link conversion, front coilover upgrade, Bilstein 8125 shocks

with reservoirs, a Full-Traction rear torque-link system, and Bilstein 5100 rear shocks. Additional work

performed during current ownership includes complete engine tune up including replacement of all

eight fuel injectors, a new fuel pump and fuel filters, rear driveshaft rebuild and balancing at 183,035

miles, blend door actuator replacement at 183,282 miles, 4WD vacuum system repairs at 183,435 miles,

rear door lock repair, routine maintenance, and a professional alignment completed in April 2026. The

most recent oil service and SMOG check (passed) was performed in February 2026 at 185,418 miles.

The last two owners invested an estimated $30,000-$35,000 transforming the truck into the highly

capable example offered today. The centerpiece of that work was a comprehensive 6.0L Power Stroke

bulletproofing completed in January 2017 at 141,737 miles. The engine was disassembled and upgraded

with Bullet Proof Diesel Heavy-Duty (H.D.) Tall engine oil cooler system and ARP head studs, resurfaced

cylinder heads, new lifters, EGR cooler, water pump, fuel pressure regulator, rear main seal, oil pan

gasket, STC update, and related reliability improvements. Immediately following the bulletproofing work,

a Stage 2 performance tune was installed, increasing output from the factory-rated 325 horsepower and

560 lb-ft of torque to approximately 380-400 horsepower and 700-750 lb-ft of torque.

At 141,688 miles, the transmission, transfer case, and both differentials were serviced. Between 145,000

and 149,000 miles, the truck received a 6-inch suspension lift along with Deaver springs, ICON steering

and track bar components, AMP Research power running boards, Vision Off-Road 20-inch wheels, and

37-inch Toyo Open Country tires. Additional upgrades and maintenance included an upgraded alternator,

remanufactured FICM, driveline service, glow plug and IPR valve replacement, turbocharger replacement
