For sale is my 2000 Audi S4! I have loved owning this but it is time to move onto something different. This is a 95% stock and completely unmolested S4 which is pretty hard to find these days. 156k miles on the clock. The only modifications are a short shifter kit, weighted UUC Motorwerks shift knob, modern Audi coil pack adapter kit, and a GIAC Stage 1 Tune which according to the pamphlet estimates an improvement to ~350hp. Of course it was tuned almost 2 decades ago so who knows how many ponies are left. What I can say is it has more than enough power to make you forget this car is 26 years old.

I am the third owner of this vehicle. Its first 20ish years of its life it was taken care of religiously. I have a mountain of paperwork for all services ever done on it. There is a small gap in service history from the previous owner. Once I purchased it I put roughly $15,000 into getting it back into proper condition. The most important services (in my opinion) recently done were the timing belt & water pump ~20,000 miles ago and all new front control arms, iykyk. All other service records are available upon request, there’s just way too many to list all of them here.

The interior is finished in the full “panda” alcantara interior in excellent condition. I also installed a bluetooth receiver into the original headunit so it could retain its factory look but still connect to a phone. It has the factory Bose sound system and comes with the aluminum sport interior trim. The spare wheel is mint and has never been mounted and even has the original part numbered gloves to keep your hands clean while changing the tire. Even the pop-out cupholder works!

The body is in wonderful condition finished in the fastest color, light silver metallic. As stated above the bumper was recently completely refurbished. All cracks, holes, and blemishes were filled as well as the headlight washer caps deleted (as the headlight washer system had been removed about 10 years ago) and makes for a much cleaner look.

Of course you can’t have a B5 S4 in PERFECT condition so below are the known issues:

-Intermittent CEL on for EVAP related leak (it usually turns off long enough to get through emissions)

-Crack in leather on drivers lower left seat

-Clear coat failure on rear bumper and light impact damage

-Small rust bubble on lower area of driver door

-Rear end suspension & subframe noticeably rustier than the rest of the vehicle

-Power steering rack leaks

Lastly it wouldn’t be an old Audi sale if it didn’t come with a box of new and used parts (and a bottle of Liquimoly hydraulic fluid for the PS leak). It also comes with a set of winter wheels/tires that should last for another 3 or 4 more seasons.

I’ve owned multiple B5 S4’s and this one by far has treated me the best. Hopefully it can find a good home where it can be continued to be maintained and driven. Or modified to make 1000whp with an upgraded twin turbo setup. It is the perfect clean slate to make it your own!
