2020 BMW M5 | Alpine White | Executive Package | Driver Assistance Plus | 2 Owner | Clean Title
If you’ve been searching for an F90 M5, you already know why the 2020 model year is considered the sweet spot of the generation. It combines iDrive 7, Live Cockpit Professional, updated transmission software, and the revised interior while retaining the original pre-LCI styling. It’s also the last model year before BMW locked the DME, making it the most tuner-friendly F90 without requiring a bench unlock.
That’s exactly why I bought this car.
Factory Options
• Executive Package
• Driver Assistance Plus Package
Upgrades
• Variant forged wheels (ceramic coated)
• Nitto NT555 G2 tires (road force balanced)
• Front: 285/30ZR20
• Rear: 295/35ZR20
• Dinan X-pipe
• Professionally tinted windows
• Paint Protection Film on the front bumper and hood
Condition & Ownership
I’m the second owner. The car spent its entire life in Southern California, has always been garage kept, and has never been driven in snow or winter conditions.
After purchasing it, I had the paint professionally corrected and ceramic coated, including the paint, both sets of wheels, and the exposed carbon fiber roof.
I’ve always been meticulous with my vehicles. Oil was changed approximately every 4,000 to 5,000 miles, maintenance was performed ahead of BMW’s recommended schedule, and nothing has ever been deferred.
This isn’t just a clean M5. It’s an enthusiast-owned example that’s been maintained to a standard that’s becoming increasingly difficult to find.

• 12/16/25 (43,576 mi): Oil service
• 6/25/26 (47,654 mi): Oil service and transmission service
Mechanically, this car needs nothing.
Highlights
• 43 documented service records
• Oil changed approximately every 4,000 to 5,000 miles
• Transmission, transfer case, and both differential services already completed
• Spark plugs replaced twice
• BMW warranty extension on the injectors and coolant expansion tank through 150,000 miles, with all applicable work completed
• Variant forged wheels with Nitto NT555 G2 tires included
• Original BMW M carpet floor mats and BMW all-weather floor mats included
• Both keys included
• Extensive service records, receipts, and the original CARFAX from when I purchased the vehicle included
• $100 BMW Pleasant Grove service gift card included (expires July 2026)
• Additional photos available, including service records and any area of the vehicle you’d like to see
The only reason I’m selling this M5 is because I’m purchasing a Porsche Cayman. I originally bought the factory wheels and nearly new General G-MAX all-season tires because I planned to drive the car year-round. After owning it, I decided it was simply too nice to expose to winter, so I purchased a second daily driver instead.
If I didn’t already have another practical vehicle, I’d be keeping this M5.
I’m happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos, service records, or documentation for serious buyers.
