Does NOT start/Mechanic special

Honestly this has been a reliable daily commuter that has lasted and will continue to last. I wish I could keep it, but I’ve got other projects I’m working on, so unfortunately I don’t have the time to work on this fine piece of machinery.

Why won’t start 🪫⚡️

Bad alternator and dead battery.

What else is wrong with it ❌

-Odometer is super inaccurate. It counts miles by the tens, so it says it has more than it actually has. It reads 166,000 however the day I drove over a giant pot hole causing it to count extremely high it was around 145,000. That was roughly six months ago, and I definitely haven’t driven it 20,000 since then.

-Speedometer also went out the same day as the odometer. However, it works until 65 mph, after that it freaks out.

-A/C has never worked from when I bought it. Needs new A/C motor

-Radio doesn’t work.

-Driver’s rear taillight area is damaged, but all the lights function

Good ✅✅✅

-Extremely good gas mileage 34-39 miles to the gallon. One trip, mostly down hill, I got 43.

-Tires are in good shape.

-Fairly new starter.

-Has been good at frequent oil changes.

Overall it’s a good car, great for commuting, and I wish I had time to fix it, but unfortunately I’ve got too much going on. $700 OBO.
