Clean title, recently painted, peeling on the front bumper a bit, (see pics) was told it was expected due to the material. I'm not super knowledgeable on those specifics.

JDM rear bumper, also new front bumper. Rear and front seats have been upholstery cleaned.

Very cool pretty much finished car for someone looking for minimal project, at very good price compared to what has been invested into it. Super fun zippy car to drive.

Unmodified, stock, Evo VIII

Runs and drives well. Car is being sold for what it was purchased, everything done to the car is essentially free to the new owner.

Repairs and maintenance

-thermostat replaced

-Spark plugs replaced

-Re-oiled air filter

-injector o rings replaced

-turbo output flange repaired

-EGR leaks repair repaired

-turbo vacuum lines repaired

-boost leak test performed

-crankshaft position sensor issue addressed

Known possible issue:

-throttle body shaft seals leak, repair was recommended, but not complete completed, shop estimate estimated $460 to reseal, or upgraded to a skunk 2 throttle body.

I'm not 100% sure if the $460 was skunk 2 quote or the reseal quote.

All of this was performed to the car 2025 around September by nip and Tuck in Orem. Car was tuned to a stock tune by one of their recommended tuners. The car has pretty much sat since then I haven't been driving as much as expected. That's pretty much the only reason for selling.

Serious only please, cash is king. Financing may be difficult with banks on these types of cars.
