We bought this truck 24 years ago when it had 54,412 miles on it. We have taken care of it knowing it could last a long time and it has! Our last significant use was towing our sxs to Mesquite this spring and had zero problems. I wouldn't hesitate to tow long distance at any time. It has an upgraded HD 5 speed manual transmission which was installed in 2020 and it shifts well without any problems. The clutch is a little stiff because it has a heavy-duty LUK clutch with no slipping or problems (except for an old guy with bad knees). It comes with a Smarty Tuner S03 which costs $645 to buy new and it allows you to choose the level you want and easily return it to stock when it's time for emissions. We run it on level 3 which helps power and mpg but doesn't cause black smoke. It has a BD Diesel exhaust manifold and an EGT gauge. Also has a FASS fuel system.
We used it for towing our Jeep and sxs so no real heavy towing, though we did pull two CJ7s on a gooseneck to the Rubicon quite a few years ago. It has two cameras, one on the truck and another for a trailer (included) as well as power/heated towing mirrors and a trailer brake controller. It has suspension air bags and a HD Roadmaster rear anti-sway bar as well as a B&W turnover ball for a gooseneck. It has a 4X4 Posi-Lok cable operated front axle disconnect so you don't need to wonder if your front axle is connected or not.
The interior has a Geno's Garage ABS dashboard and instrument bezel. It has the stock radio but the parts to make Bluetooth possible if you want. We use a Garmin navigation unit and that can go with the truck as well.
