My brother passed away before he could finish it.

It does run and drive. Ignition has been bypassed, because he thought he lost the keys, but I found them in his possessions.

The dash was taken off to replace the clutch, all the parts are there.

Happy to answer questions as best as I can. It will need to be towed, as the tires are not road worthy.
