It comes with original rims/newer tires .not the sport wheel in picture $ = .It always ran and passed emissions for 8 years straight.it quit running right/no idle unless you unplug airflow sensor.I just put new coil pack ,new wires plugs ,5 new sensor.it has newer alternator , ,belt ,battery,radiator water pump.ect part out or whatever .it runs and drives in limp mode for 60 miles at a time .I hooked up a switch to fuse to ECM to reset it for 10 minutes if car dies.also should not go above 50 MPH or on freeway as it can ruin engine/torque converter.I think it will still pass emissions.I will find out in December??
