NOTE: does have a warped engine and will need eventual replacement.

Selling my brother's 2014 outback. It drives and works great. We've had it for about 10 years and over 100,000 miles. Recently my brother took it in for a tune-up and the mechanic team note the engine was warped and estimated it may need replacement in ~1 year (estimated to us at ~$7000).

He decided he was ready for an upgrade instead of fixing it up so we are now selling it (hence the $3,000 price.)

Beyond the eventual engine replacement the car actually works and drives quite well still. The body is still in good condition. I'd heavily recommend it for someone who only needs a local beater or driver unless they're looking to replace the engine (in which case its a cheaper investment than most cars are these days!)
