2011 VW Jetta TDI with 6 speed manual transmission with the 2.0 CJAA engine! This car gets great mileage, I can get over 50 MPG if I'm careful with the throttle on the freeway. I have done a lot of work to this car lately and have taken care of a lot of the expensive repairs. I have tried my best to maintain and fix this car so it will hopefully last a lot longer. With it being a diesel, I expect the motor to last a long time. I bought it at around 112k and have mostly done 5k mile oil changes (even though VW recommended 10k from factory). I'll provide good and bad below...

Good:

-Brand new DPF about 1k miles ago - common failure in these cars. Part alone is around $2800.

-Brand new EGR filter about 1k miles ago - replaced this along with the DPF to fix engine code.

-Brand new AC Condenser, Compressor, Expansion Valve about 500-1k miles ago. AC blows nice and cold now.

-Brand new Serpentine belt about 500 miles ago - replaced when doing AC compressor.

-Brand new ignition key cylinder - common issue for these to break internally and lockup. This happened to me this week and was just replaced. Should be good for another 10 years.

-Whitbread CP4 disaster prevention kit installed about 500 miles ago - the CP4 high pressure fuel pump can sometimes explode and send metal shavings through your fuel system. This kit is supposed to limit the damage and keep the repair cost down, if this does happen.

-Front brakes within the last year.

-Replaced majority of suspension components 2 years ago (shocks, ball joints, bushings, etc).

-Did timing belt 4 years ago at around 120-130k miles (specified interval for this car).

-6 speed manual trans! This option isn't as common as the auto trans.

-I can provide receipts for all of this, if needed.

Bad:

-Valve cover has a small leak. I haven't bothered fixing this yet.

-Driver side seat has a small tear.

-Two spots on the roof has some clear coat peeling off. I think this would be an easy fix.

-Has an aftermarket stereo which works fine, but it has an aftermarket backup camera that isn't working.

-Hood gas strut is pretty weak - cheap fix.

-Cracked windshield. I haven't bothered since they don't fail inspections for this anymore.

Since I have done most of the work on this car myself, I have acquired a few specific tools that would come in handy if the buyer is also wanting to work on the car themselves. I have VCDS with the genuine OBD2 connector that I can include. I think I have oil and filters for a couple more oil changes that I will include as well. I bought a day license to VW's site to download ALL the manuals for this car that I will include as well.
