Selling our 2005 GMC Yukon with 195,000 miles. Mechanically, this truck is incredibly reliable, fires right up every time, and drives down the road straight. We’ve owned it for 10 years and it has been a dependable family vehicle, but it has some standard 20-year-old GM quirks that I want to be completely upfront about:
The Good: Engine runs strong, transmission shifts smoothly, 4WD works exactly as it should. Reliably gets from A to B.
Newer water pump replaced last year
The tires are in good shape, 2 of them are new the other 2 should last another 10k
The Quirks:
Has the classic intermittent GM lifter tick.
The instrument cluster needs the standard stepper motor rebuild (the fuel and oil pressure gauges currently don't read correctly).
One passenger window does not roll down (needs a regulator).
The front leather seats have tears from age.
Cracked windshield.
Clean title in hand. Perfect winter beater, work vehicle, or a great first truck for a teenager. Asking $2750 cash. No trades.
