CAR WILL NOT PASS EMISSIONS DUE TO TUNE AND CATALYTIC CONVERTER

I’m selling this 2014 BMW 335i xDrive, it’s a fun, fast little car. It gets about 21 mpg as well, so not a bad commuter car. I just need something that will pass emissions.

The car has the entire M sports package, including the heated seats, better display, and all the works. There are a few cosmetic blemishes, but nothing to write home about. Everything on the interior is very clean and well maintained, the only thing is the steering wheel has some sun damage.

The car has a few upgrades like an aluminum charge pipe, high flow cat, and a tune on it. I recently just changed the belt, idler pulley and belt tensioner. I also just had the oil changed after about 2,000 miles
