I'm considering selling my Volt. It's an exceptional car that gets 38-55 miles of electric range, then 42-48mpg after the gas engine kicks in. (The worse numbers are immediate freeway speeds with max AC). The battery is still in fantastic condition with 89% health and no weak cells, it balances perfectly. It charges for around 90 cents.

With no noise, vibration, or lurching, the electric system makes traffic far less annoying. You can also pre-heat or cool the car for 15 minutes with your key or the app, which is extremely nice all year round. The car has heated seats and steering wheel, Bluetooth works well, and it has cold AC and hot heat. And it's a great car to take camping, you can run the AC or heat all night long on the battery without the engine turning on.

Upgrades:

-2" Hitch Receiver and 4-Pin Trailer Wiring (this car tows small loads REALLY well, it has no torque converter or CVT to burn up, just tons of electric torque!)

-Spare Tire, Jack, Tool Set (Volts didn't come with any of this stock)

-1.5" Lift Kit (not installed) - I was expecting to have more trouble with steep driveways/dips than I actually do.

-Included charger works on both 110v and 220v with an adapter, so you can charge much faster if you plug into a dryer/stove outlet

Known Issues:

-windshield is cracked

-front struts will need replacing eventually

-paint has flaked off of the channels on the roof (no rust at all though)

-tire pressure sensors don't work (tires are very healthy though)

Overall this car has been 100% reliable for me, and I'm only selling it to go full electric. Open to offers, or trades of an EV hatchback with more than 60 miles of range (sorry Leaf owners) plus cash.
