I have a 1968 VW Beetle for sale. I don't know the car's history; I bought it from my neighbor, and it had been sitting for about two years until I got it running a few days ago. It starts right up on the first try, and the gears shift smoothly. It needs some interior work, such as new carpeting and headliner repair; the previous owner mentioned he tried to install a radio and caused a short circuit, which I think should be very easy to fix since these cars have such simple components. It has new tires and decent light turquoise paint. I'm asking $6,500 OBO; text is best.
