Brown leather interior is in very good condition with heated front seats, heated steering wheel, power seats, sunroof, xenon headlights, and UV-protective windshield. Tires have good tread (6-8/32"), brakes have plenty of pad life remaining, and the oil was just changed.

It runs and drives well and has been a comfortable car, but it does have several known issues:

• Transmission has gone into limp mode twice during my ownership (both during hard highway acceleration). Drives normally otherwise.

• Oil leak.

• Worn suspension components.

• Windshield washer reservoir leaks.

• Sunroof sometimes doesn't close properly unless held down, so I have avoided using it.

• Minor cosmetic wear consistent with age plus a noticeable scrape/dent on the rear passenger door (see photos).

Overall a clean, comfortable AWD BMW that still drives well and would make a good project or daily driver for someone comfortable with the needed repairs. $3300 OBO. Recent inspection report available for interested buyers.
