2007 Mini Cooper S R52 Convertible (Gen1)
Exterior Color: Laser-blue Metallic
Interior Color: Silver/Black - "Space"/panther-black
Transmisson: Manual 6-Speed
Engine: 1.6L Supercharged
Mini Cooper S R52 Convertible... very nice for the age and the laser-blue metallic color is simply stunning. Everything works like it should and there are no mechanical issues with the vehicle. It has the color matched blue dash and door inserts. Seats are silver/black and the carpet is black.
Vehicle was a 1 owner before I bought it at a charity auction a few months ago. If you are in the market for one of these you should definetly take a look at this one. It has normal wear but is still very nice. The undercarriage is very clean. It doesn't look like it was driven in the winter (snow/salt). The wheels do have a bit of curb rash on them and the tires are a bit older. The rear tires have plenty of tread but the front are pretty worn down. The brakes pads on the front have about 1/4 of the life left and rear pads look fairly new.
When I bought it I did perform the 100k supercharger service, replaced the supercharger pully with a Cravenspeed 17% reduced, and swapped out the rear sway bar with a 22mm H&R. These are two of the best bang for your buck mods that you can do to one of these. Vehicle is completely stock other than that. The water pump, oil/filter, and coolant were also all replaced.
It will need new rear rubber belt trim around the back of the convertible. The rubber ends up deteriorating and cracking on these after a number of years. Also there is a little paint chip (no dent) approximately the size of a nickle at the top of the trunk lid.
Come take a look and make me an offer.
