Known Issues:

This is a 37-year-old RV, so it isn't perfect and is priced accordingly.

There are a few areas of known water intrusion. One spot should be addressed, but the damage is localized and there are no soft spots in the floor. We're happy to show prospective buyers exactly where these areas are.

Heater core needs replacement.

Thermostat needs to be rewired.

Awning is in poor condition.

General cosmetic wear consistent with the age of the coach.

Overall, this is a solid vintage camper with a reliable drivetrain, low miles, modern updates, and a great solar setup. It would make an excellent road trip, camping, or off-grid adventure rig for someone looking for a unique RV without the price tag of a newer model.
