I'm selling my 2004 Silverado because I recently bought a 2500 and no longer have a need for this truck.
When I purchased it, the transmission was bad, so I had it replaced with a rebuilt transmission. Since then, I've put approximately 5k miles on it because I've always had a work truck for daily driving.
The truck has had regular oil changes and has been well maintained mechanically.
Known issues:
A/C does not work
ABS and parking brake warning lights are illuminated (I'm not sure why)
Rear tires need to be replaced
Front tires still have some life left
Overall, this is a solid truck that just needs a little TLC. It would make a great work truck or project for someone willing to take care of a few minor issues.
