2005 Chevy Malibu - PRICE DROP $850 OBO

Selling my 2005 Chevy Malibu. It runs and drives, but it will not pass emissions, and I honestly don't know what the remaining issue is. The speed only reaches 35mph.

Parts that have been replaced:

Fuel pump
Alternator
Crankshaft sensor
Camshaft sensor (still codes though)
Fuel injectors
Ignition coil
Spark plugs & wires
Battery
MAP sensor
MAF sensor
Starter
Upper O2 sensors (I have the lower)

I've put a lot of money into it already and don't have the time or budget to keep chasing the problem. It would make a good project car, parts car, or a vehicle for someone who knows how to diagnose emissions issues.
