It's a R/T Hemi V8 5.7L Daytona Edition. We bought this car from Carmax 16 years ago. We put an average of 7,000 miles a year because it was mostly driven for special occasions and road trips and not a daily commuter. We always fixed everything that came up with it, always kept regular oil changes and maintenance. In May 2026 I put $1000 new tires on it, and July 2026 put $2000 of suspension on it and 10 days later the engine died. Mechanic is suggesting new engine, which, we can't afford. I can provide exact details of situation if interested.
