2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4x4 with the 5.7L Hemi.

Needs new transmission. I want to be completely upfront about the condition so neither of us wastes time.

The good

• Rare Mega Cab

• 5.7L Hemi V8

• 4x4

• Clean Utah title in hand

• Engine starts immediately and runs smoothly

• Interior is in surprisingly good condition

• Mega Cab rear seats recline and fold completely flat into a bed/sleeping platform

• Tons of rear passenger room and storage behind the seats

The issues

• Transmission slips badly and will need repair or replacement

• Power steering has little/no assist at low RPM

• Windshield is cracked

• Hood paint/clear coat is deteriorated

• Dent and some cosmetic wear

• Approximately 190,000 miles

The transmission is unreliable, best to be towed until transmission is fixed. I am not allowing test drives. I’m happy to:

• Start it for you

• Let you inspect it thoroughly

• Demonstrate that the engine runs

• Show the transmission issue on my street if needed

These Mega Cabs are getting harder to find, especially with the Hemi and 4x4. If you have the ability to do the transmission work yourself, this could be a very good value.
