A well-built, extremely capable 2011 Toyota Tacoma Regular Cab. I have owned this truck for the last 13 years and have meticulously built it out with over $10,000 in high-end, name-brand parts—no shortcuts taken. Built for trail performance while remaining tight and completely daily-drivable. The suspension and tire clearance are dialed in with basically no tire rubbing and, very even tire wear.

Drivetrain, Gearing & Differentials

• Dual Transfer Case Setup: EcoCrawler dual transfer case housing paired with an FJ Cruiser transfer case for a low crawl ratio extremely useful with a manual trans.

• Driveshafts: Custom front and rear heavy-duty Tom Wood’s driveshafts.

• Regeared: 4.88 gears & diffs installed professionally by Red Desert Off-Road.

• Rear Differential: Detroit TrueTrac (mechanical limited-slip.)

• Front Differential: Torsen (mechanical limited-slip) differential.

Suspension, Wheels & Tires

• Front Suspension: Bilstein 5100 shocks paired with Camburg upper control arms.

• Rear Suspension: Extended-travel setup featuring 12" tuned Fox Reservoir shocks (accutune)with relocated mounts, plus a U-bolt flip kit.

• Wheels: Method Bead Grip wheels.

• Tires: 34-inch (285/75/17) Toyo Open Country R/T Trail tires (plenty of tread life remaining).

Armor, Exterior & Extras

• Front Protection: Heavy-duty 1/4-inch aftermarket front skid plate.

• Rear Protection: Custom heavy-duty, high-clearance rear bumper equipped with integrated recovery points and trailer hitch accommodations.

• Rock Sliders (Uninstalled): Includes brand-new, uninstalled heavy-duty DOM rock sliders from 4x4 Innovations ready to weld on.

• Bed: Includes a heavy-duty bed mat.

Maintenance & Overall Condition

• Ownership: Owner for the last 13 years; well-maintained throughout.

• Battery: Replaced 1 year ago.

• Cosmetics: Body has minor dings consistent with functional use. I have taken detailed, high-resolution photos of all sides so there are no surprises when you come see it. I have not used it for any extreme rock crawling, It has done the west rim trail in sand hollow and other similar trails. I mostly use it as a second vehicle on the weekends.

• Note: Runs and drives great. The speedometer shows a bit faster than actual speed, and it could use a routine alignment soon, though it is not severely out of adjustment.
