This 2006 Rolls Royce Phantom is finished in Jet Black over Black leather interior. Power is provided by a BMW-derived naturally aspirated V12 engine driving the rear wheels through an 6-speed automatic transmission.
This Phantom is unique in that it is one of the highest mileage examples currently available at an astonishing 117,851. This vehicle has been under private ownership and personally registered it’s entire life (not commercially registered as many exotic rental car are). The first owner used the vehicle to travel between their homes in Florida and Ohio where it garnered 64,000 miles. The second owner then purchased it and used it for the same thing, traveling between their home in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The eventually transferred the title to their NV address and sold the vehicle at 106,000 miles. The vehicle was then purchased here locally by the owner of Bavarian Werkstatte. This is the local BMW specialists who serviced the car extensively throughout his ownership between 2020 and 2023. He sold the vehicle to a customer of his who has a collection of classic cars who happens to be across the street from his shop. They owned it for two years before I purchased it from their estate.
In addition to the hard copies of the service records we received from the previous owner, the owner of the BMW Service Center performed the following:
New suspension air compressor
New front air struts
New front control arms
Two new alternators
New Integrated Air and Climate Controller
12 new fuel injectors
New spark plugs
New ignition Coils
New fuel Pump
New amplifier
New engine belts
New water pump
New rear brakes
The vehicle runs and performs flawlessly. I recently had to do a 700 mile day-trip and didn’t hesitate a moment to take the Phantom. The only mechanical imperfection I can find is the soft close feature on the drivers door doesn’t function.
This Rolls Royce is offered is offered by Renu Auto with a Accident free Carfax report and a clean title with no liens. The car is finished in Jet Black and features Features: HID headlights, fog lights, sound insulating glass, adjustable comfort air suspension and ride height, OEM wheels with Continental tires (fortunately removing the original PAX system) and power sunroof.
Factory 21″ wheels are mounted with Continental tires. Stopping power is provided by 4 disc brakes with ABS.
The interior features black leather seating with a matching dash, center console, and door panels. Amenities include power-adjustable heated seats, dual automatic climate control, noise and sound insulating glass, park distance control, and a Lexicon sound system.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a power reserve meter, a 160-mph speedometer, and a dentral digital display. The odometer indicates 117,851 miles.
The naturally aspirated V12 engine was factory rated at 453 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque.
While the vehicle does have very light rock chips on the front bumper, and a few light scratches throughout the exterior, it is EXTREMELY well-kept for the miles. The windshield doesn’t have any rock chips or cracks. Let us know if you’re interested in having windshield-protection-film installed to avoid a costly rock chip or crack on the front glass. There isn’t curb rash on the wheels. The interior has no odors and has no evidence of ever being smoked in. The bolsters show very light wear (see photos).

Most of our vehicles are purchased and shipped out of state and we’d be happy to help arrange open or enclosed transportation. Vehicles in inventory are being driven regularly and mileage may increase. Always feel free to confirm updated mileage with us at any time.
We are happy to provide any Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, Paint Protection Film (clear bra) services before delivery. These items can also be wrapped into the purchase contract of your auto loan as well.
Tax, title, registration due for all Utah residents only. Those charges don’t apply to out of state purchasers. 45-Day temp tag available if needed ($85 Utah State Charge). $299 Document fee due on all vehicles.
All vehicles are pre-owned and don’t come with any dealer or manufacturer warranty and are sold As-Is as defined by Utah law.
Vehicle is located in St. George, UT (1.5 hours outside of Las Vegas). Many customers either fly direct into SGU airport, or fly into LAS Vegas, “St. George Shuttle” or “Salt Lake Express” shuttles which run routes between Vegas and St. George multiple times a day. You can also rent a car one-way in Vegas and return it in St. George as well.
