Selling my 1997 Tacoma 4WD. Not in a rush to sell but could use the money for upcoming house. It’s a second truck.

I’ve had zero issues with it since owning it. Starts right up, runs and drives good, 4WD works great in both high and low, A/C blows cold and heater works. Interior is also pretty clean for the age.

The expensive maintenance has already been taken care of, all less than 1,000 miles ago:

• Timing belt

• Water pump

• Power steering pump

• Radiator/coolant flush

It’s a nearly 30-year-old truck, so it’s not perfect and could use some normal wear items. Shocks/struts and upper ball joints could be done eventually, but it drives fine as it sits.

Water pump had a leak, but has since been fixed.

It’s been an Utah truck most of its life and does have some typical rust for an older Tacoma. The previous owner coated the frame. Overall it’s still a solid old truck with plenty of life left.

I’m into it for a bit more than my asking price, with recent maintence done, but I realize it’s an older truck and I’m mainly looking to get some money back out of it for the house.

Not a perfect cosmetic truck by any means, but a good-running 5-speed 4WD Tacoma with the major maintenance already done. Would make a great camping, hunting, fishing, work or second truck.
