Clean Title and Low Miles

My husband is selling his car. We bought a new one, and we don't use this one much anymore. It is very well-maintained and clean!

The windshield is cracked, and there is sometimes a noise when the A/C is on, so the blower motor needs replacing, but I already have the new part. Everything else is fine, there are no engine or transmission issues, it runs and drives very well. The price reflects the necessary repairs, so please, no lowball offers. Cash only.
