The 981 generation has aged ridiculously well. Physical buttons, a naturally aspirated flat-six sitting directly behind you, and a proper manual gearbox. No giant iPad glued to the dashboard. No drive mode that requires three menus and a software engineering degree.

It’s also surprisingly usable. Two trunks, comfortable enough to actually drive, and small enough that you don’t feel like you’re piloting a cruise ship through a parking garage.
