Well maintained TDI that gets great mileage 40-45 mpg.

Have paperwork for fuel system replacement and timing belt/water pump replacement.

Fresh oil change, fuel filter, air filter, cabin filter and have supplies to change all filters excluding cabin filter.

Good tires. Windows tinted. A/C rsv valve replaced, freon evacuated/recharged and works properly. New cooling fan assembly.

Headliner is starting to sag towards the back seat area. Previous owner had a tree branch fall on roof but sunroof still operates.
