This XC70 is a great, all-wheel drive, powerful, safe, and practical car. I’ve loved this car, and outside of some exterior blemishes it’s in really good condition. Clean title in hand.

Drivetrain: T6, 3L turbo with all wheel drive. Transmission serviced ~ 10k miles ago.

Tires: ~50% left on Michelin’s top all-weather Cross Climate 2. Perfect for summer and deep Utah snow

Features: Top trim level. Heated leather seats, rear-view camera, blind spot detection, parking sensors, premium sound. All features working.

Blemishes:

• Intermittent ‘check engine’ error due to exhaust sensor. Always passed emissions, but every few months it gives a ‘P0420 - catalyst efficiency’ error. Honestly, I’ve ignored the error since it’s not safety related, intermittent, and the fuel efficiency seems unaffected.

• Cracked front bumper - Only damage to plastic. Confirmed with multiple professionals it is not a safety risk.

• Scratches/exterior marks - Roof shows light scratching. Front side shows mild dings from roads. Passenger mirror shows fading on clear coat. See images

• Hood closed sensor - Sensor is not working, but it’s mechanically fine
