Up for sale is my 1999 Honda Civic. This vehicle is a 4 door sedan with a 5 speed manual transmission with 182k miles, this is a very nice example of a well taken care of Civic and it is a great car for a student or a daily commuter car. It has FWD so it is great for these icy Utah winters and for fun road-trips. I got this car for a daily driver but I am now selling because I have other projects that need my attention. Here below is a pros and cons list I have put together.

Clean Title
FWD
5 Speed Manual (shifts smooth)
Very Clean Interior
New fully adjustable coil-overs
Fully functional sun roof
New Radiator
Newish headlights and bulbs
Power windows and locks (all of them work)
Aftermarket Head Unit and Speakers
Wired for subs
New horn
Will Pass Emissions with ease
Cons
The tires will need replaced in the future but are fine for now
The sun visors are sun damaged
The paint has some sun damage and surface rust (Nothing serious)
Could possibly use a new battery in the future as well
