This would be a Great project car to flip and sell.. My family is down to one source of income and I haven’t been able to fix the jeep since it broke down in October. The transmission failed and it needs to be replaced/rebuilt in order to get back on the road.

Facts about the car are as follows.. I’m the second owner, I bought it last year from the person who owned it since 2001. I replaced the water pump in July, and the battery is newer than that. Until the transmission failed, the car ran strong and it’s been a great car since I bought it in 2024. It’s a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee limited with 165,000 miles on it, and if the transmission is replaced it will easily go for several more years. I don’t have the money right now, and it would take me months to put the money together for the car to get fixed properly. That’s why I’m selling it at this price point. If someone paid around 1K for this car, and they have the knowledge and resources to fix the transmission, they could easily make another thousand (or more) in the process by taking on this project. And with it being two owners,and no accidents, you could easily flip this car for a profit.
