Save the date! 2026 Utah International Auto Expo is back in Sandy Jan. 16-19

If you’re looking for something fun to do over an unusually warm January weekend — or you’re starting to think about your next vehicle — mark your calendar for the 2026 Utah International Auto Expo, happening Jan. 16-19 at the Mountain America Exposition Center in Sandy.

Buy tickets now, prices increase Jan. 16. Adult tickets are $15 on-site. All children 12 and under are admitted free with a paying adult.

No pressure, just fun

This annual winter tradition is one of the most pressure-free, family-friendly ways to explore the latest cars, trucks, SUVs, electric vehicles and adventure vehicles — all under one roof. Whether you’re a serious shopper or simply enjoy seeing what’s new in the automotive world, the Auto Expo offers an ideal setting to check out all the hottest vehicles for sale right now, all at your own pace.

Get behind the wheel with on-site test drives

One of the highlights of this year’s show is the opportunity to drive some of the newest vehicles. Stellantis brands — including Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Fiat — will offer on-site test drives throughout much of the event.

Toyota will also offer test drives of several of its latest electrified models, including both electric and hybrid vehicles. Just look for the test drive stations outside the Exposition Center.

Special exhibits and enthusiast favorites

Beyond checking out all the latest production vehicles, the Auto Expo will feature several must-see exhibits for enthusiasts. The Northern Utah Mustang Owners Association will showcase dozens of customized Mustangs over multiple generations. The Utah 4-Wheel Drive Association will bring a lineup of heavily modified four-wheel-drive vehicles, and Automotive Addiction Museum will display some meticulously restored classics alongside some mouth-watering exotics.

There will also be an Adventure Utah section featuring many of the latest all-terrain vehicles, trailers and boats.

And if all that isn’t enough to keep you entertained, Subaru will once again host puppy adoptions as part of its Subaru Loves Pets campaign. Cars and puppies — is there a better combination? To top it off, a kids section will feature Lego bricks, a Lego race track and driving simulators.

Event details

The show runs Jan. 16-19 at the Mountain America Exposition Center at 9575 S. State St. in Sandy, Utah. Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday through Monday. Kids under 12 are free. Tickets are available at the door, with discounted tickets available online through Jan. 15.
