No one would blame you for staying inside during a typical Utah winter, but there’s no excuse for not getting out during this unusually balmy year.
In fact, some activities you may have considered a February no-go might be perfect this year. Case in point: Cars & Coffee, the free, monthly car show held at The Stores at South Town. The next show is this Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, from 9 to 11 a.m. The forecast predicts a mostly sunny day with a high near 60 degrees Fahrenheit — perfect for car perusing.
Euro cars are the main attraction for Cars & Coffee this Saturday. The center section of the display area will be dedicated to vehicles from across the pond. This is your chance to see imported cars from manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Jaguar and Renault.

Salt Lake City’s classic rock station The Arrow 103.5 will also be there, blasting tunes from its 1955 REO Speedwagon — a milk truck transformed into a fully customized stereo on wheels. Be sure to stop by the KSL Cars booth, too, to help us celebrate the opening of the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics.
The Salt Lake City Cars & Coffee event occurs the first Saturday of every month, rain or shine. Car owners are invited to bring their custom, classic and everyday rides to display. There are typically hundreds of vehicles lined up across the parking lot for the morning event. Car enthusiasts are invited to view the eclectic collection, talk with the owners and mingle with other fans.
The Utah car event is held at The Shops at South Town, 10450 State St. in Sandy. Join sponsor KSL Cars this weekend at one of the favorite car shows in Utah.
