153,XXX Miles 2012 Jeep Compass Latitude FWD CVT 2.0L

Clean title in hand! No major accidents. No mechanical issues. Tires still have great tread depth. New Ultra Gold or whatever it's called new battery a few months ago. Brake pads still have plenty of life as they were replaced within the last year. A couple dings and whatnot here and there on the body of the car but nothing major.

This model year is known for having a solid engine. Regular 5K full synthetic oil changes while I've owned it, and previous owner also did as far as I know.

This model year is also known for coolant leaks from water pump and thermostat housing, alternator/starter failure, vacuum leaks, ac compressor failure, wheel bearing issues, and a few other peripheral equipment going out around 140,000 miles or so.
