1980 Indy Trans Am project car. was originally purchased with the idea of a complete restore project with my son and well let's just say "life happens". I don't have the time anymore to complete it. Started with taking it to a body shop for new paint and some minor ding repairs, but unfortunately the job they did was not up to my standards. He never even completed the replacement iconic hood decal. I started tearing out all the interior with the exception of the carpet and I have all new replacement parts for the interior , including door panels, window motors, headliner, t-top replacement seals, etc. $5,591.80 of new parts waiting to be installed. about the only thing I didn't buy for the interior was the seats. The car runs! I did replace the transmission early on and it has a small leak where the dipstick holder goes into the transmission. not a big fix. This has the 305 V8 with NO Turbo. This is because the car was produced in California, and at the time emission laws prevented the car from being made with a turbo. I have the original build sheet to show all the details and receipts for everything I've purchased for it so far. This is a highly collectible car and it saddens me to see it go, but hopefully someone that has time can restore it back to its original beauty that it deserves. Clean title in hand. $14,000 O.B.O
