2000 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 with the half doors.

Its been a great work truck and has never left me stranded. The seats and carpet are in great condition but like many 2000 Ram 1500s its got the cracked dash. I have a cover over the top of it so its hidden but the cover makes things a little rattley.

The GOOD:

• interior in great shape
• apple car play stereo installed
• AC blows ice cold and the heat works
• starts right up, runs fine, engine sounds strong and it drives like an old ram truck
• 4x4 works
• tow package installed
• tires only have 6,000 miles on them
• pretty low rust for the year
• bed liner
• led headlights
• Just got an oil change 11/11

The BAD:

• 224,000 miles
• 4 wheel drive sensor is broken so its always showing that its in 4 wheel drive even when its not.
• cracked dash, and it rattles
• front right wheel has some clicking to it, could be the right CV going bad but still drives fine
• really small oil drip, drips less than my 07 corolla
• small leak in a transmission fluid line - can show you right where the leak is in the connector - doesnt leak enough to push me to fix it
• can idle a little rough at times but nothing crazy
• Clear coat has failed in a few spots

Overall this truck has been amazing, never broken down on me and has hauled a lot of dirt, rock, and concrete. It is a strong work horse looking for a new home. Only reason I am selling is we got another truck that does better on gas mileage. Sad to see this thing go.
