1987 Toyota4Runner(1st Gen). Has a brand new engine in it. All block work was done by redline machine in Lehi and the engine rebuild was done by a customs shop out of Lehi. I have the receipts for the block work and rebuild.
Originally bought this and drove it till the infamous plastic timing chain guide put an end to my fun. It sat for close to 10 years before I finally got back around to the Engine. Since the rebuild it has less than a few hundred miles. I have not re-registered or insured it so any test drives will be limited. Mechanically it's now in good condition. The interior, exterior and suspension could use some love. Thought about restoring this but I have too many other projects going on at then moment.
Clean Title
Complete factory service manual set (costs $200 new)
22RE (with less than a few hundred miles on it- rebuilt professionally)
New METAL timing chain guides
New fuel tank
New fuel pump
New starter (Old one was rebuilt with new brushes)
New clutch
New flywheel
New brake Booster
New brake master cylinder
New front brake calipers
New front brake pads
New rear brake pistons
New rear brake drums
New clutch slave cylinder
New engine mounts
New water pump
New oil pump
New pulleys
New belts
New spark plugs
And much more, if you want the boxes and old parts I still have most of them with a stack of receipts.
Has almost new 5th Gen4 runnerrims and tires, tires have tons of life left in them.
Should know:
Alternator belt slipped a little so the battery charge light is currently on (I will re-tension the belt when I get time)
Leaf springs in rear are sagging/soft
Shocks are in poor condition and need replacement
Some of the bushings and joints could use replacement from sitting so long
Tear(s) in drivers seat
Folding mechanism for passenger seat is not working
Head liner in shell is starting to peel
Infamous dash cracks
Missing a few trim items like across the top of the windshield.
No radio or door speakers they were removed by the previous owner leaving some ugly holes.
Paint job could use a buff and polish, the shop that rebuilt the engine said the paint is actually in pretty good condition.
Rust around a few of the wheel wells
Asking $6,000 OBO
Text it preferred as I typically work long hours. (385) 224 - 1412
